01The problem
Every mobile team we worked with was paying for one tool to catch crashes, another for analytics, a third for push, a fourth for in-app messages, and a fifth for feedback. Five bills, five SDKs weighing down the build, five dashboards open in five tabs, and still nobody could answer the only question that matters on a Monday morning: is the app okay?
02How we approached it
We started with the dashboard, not the SDK. If one screen could not answer that Monday morning question, there was no point writing a client library to feed it. Once the screen was right, the SDK was shaped to send exactly what it needed and nothing more, which is why integrating it stays a few lines rather than a project of its own.
03What we shipped
One SDK and one dashboard covering error tracking, event analytics, user feedback, in-app messaging, and push notifications. One integration, one bill, one place to look.
04Where it stands
Live, and still being built on.
